Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Thailand) We ship via Kerry Express, Flash Express, or Thailand Post. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Free shipping on orders over ฿500. Orders below ฿500 will be charged standard shipping rates at checkout.

A tracking number will be provided via email or LINE after your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Free shipping on international orders over ฿2,500. Orders below ฿2,500 will be charged standard international shipping rates at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging All jewelry is carefully packaged in a Kanoksilp Jewelry Studio gift box to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at kanoksilpofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
