Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at kanoksilpofficial@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent to: Chatuchak Weekend Market, Section 24, Soi 34/6, Room No. 277-278, Bangkok, Thailand. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at kanoksilpofficial@gmail.com.
